With the purpose designed Liquid Backup solution, your recordings and call logging database are automatically backed up every night to a secure off-site location.

This ensures that you are fully compliant with all data backup and security standards without having to invest in specialist backup hardware or having the hassle of managing a storage solution.

Features

  • Data encryption - once your backup is configured, you will be presented with a 44 character key. This key is used to encrypt all data prior to transmission. Once encrypted, it is impossible for anyone to unencrypt your data without this key. You can choose whether we keep a copy of the key or not. If we keep a copy of the key, it is encoded and stored in a secure safe at a secret location.
  • Security - Liquid Backup uses up to Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256 encryption.
  • Business Continuity - if you loose data because your Liquid Voice equipment fails, this will most likely be covered by your maintenance contract. We will get your recorder back up and running within your standard service level agreement times - usually 8 working-hours for premium support customers or 3 working days for standard support customers.

Additional Features

  • In most cases, maintenance will not cover physical damage or theft of your hardware. Under these circumstances you may have to wait some time before a replacement can be ordered.
  • Liquid Backup Continuity is an optional service in which we guarantee to provide you with a loan server within 24 hours of your incident being reported.
  • The loan server will contain all of your recordings and call management data, up-to the time of your last backup.
