Nimans expands Radius range following Liquid Voice collaboration

The Radius range from Nimans now includes call management and call recording, plus an activity monitoring solution designed to track employee work habits including home workers.

The expansion of Nimans' own-branded Radius portfolio follows a technology partnership between the distributor and Liquid Voice.

Of particular interest is the new tool for monitoring and reporting on employees' workstation activities whether in the office or working remotely. A time-line is maintained showing which documents, emails, websites and programs have been used.

Allan Merten, Call Processing Specialist at Nimans, said: "The monitoring solution is suited to all call and contact centres as well as general office locations across the SMB sector.

"Activity monitoring operates independently or sits on Nimans' exclusive Radius voice recording platform, also engineered by Liquid Voice."

He believes that the monitoring solution could be a trump card for resellers who want to overcome end user reservations about allowing staff to work from home. "This then opens-up additional revenue opportunities for resellers to sell associated remote working products, from system-based solutions to headsets and conferencing," added Merten.
