Our new ‘Liquid Back-Up’ service

Increasing demand for data storage, IT back-up and disaster recovery contingencies has led Liquid Voice to launch ’Liquid Back-Up’ - a new, secure hosted service to collect, update and store recorded telephone calls.

Liquid Voice call recording and CTI products are already trusted by thousands of end-users in UK across local government, healthcare, financial services, enterprise and SME sectors.

Now, the growing need and requirement to record calls and provide transactional evidence in case of dispute or official investigation – combined with the sheer volume of data that now needs to be collected and stored – has prompted Liquid Voice to offer a fully secure, encrypted hosted back-up service to compliment it’s popular Liquid Recording CTI solution.
