Demand for call recording products hits all time high

01 April 2008

Demand for call recording products reached an all-time high in 2007 and shows no sign of slowing in 2008. That's according to CTI specialists Liquid Voice who report a ten-year peak in both sales and interest in the latest call recording products.

"We have been involved in the call recording industry for almost a decade and it has never been so busy. In 2007 we saw the highest market activity to date," says Chris Berry, Director of Business Development at Liquid Voice.

Based in Leeds and operating across a national footprint, Liquid Voice products are used by Local Government and Blue-Chip organisations as well as hundreds of SMEs and financial service companies.

"In many ways, call recording is now becoming an easier 'sell' as end-users realise the many benefits of the technology," added Andy Barrett, Director of Product Development, Liquid Voice. "But the end-user environment and its market drivers are changing fast. Old-fashioned existing products just don't cut it any more, which is why end-users and resellers are turning to modern products and companies like Liquid Voice to deliver the solutions and benefits they need."
