Activity Monitoring takes Summit South by Storm

07 October 2010

Launched at Convergence Summit South on 5th October 2010, Liquid Voice's new business productivity management tool, Activity Monitoring, was an instant hit amongst the telecomms resellers attending this exhibition.

Liquid Activity Monitoring is a low cost, easy to use solution, designed specifically to help organisations deliver enhanced performance and quality in their activities.

It can monitor and report on each employee's computer activity, analysing, in detail, which documents, emails, web sites and programs they are working on throughout the day. Process change requirements are often identified as a result of these findings.

Liquid Activity Monitoring can be used in exactly the same way with remote and field based workers - often the most difficult employees to monitor.

It can also be linked to call handling and call recording to provide detailed analysis of users' telephone activity.

Chris Berry, Liquid Voice's business development director commented: "We are obviously excited by this new product and it was rewarding to see the audience at the exhibition sharing our enthusiasm."

Working on both Windows-based operating systems and in Citrix environments, Activity Monitoring will be available from Liquid Voice and a new partnership created with Nimans which has spawned the 'Radius powered by Liquid Voice' suite of products.

Liquid Voice's channel director, Chris Illingworth, explained:"Activity Monitoring is just one of a suite of products launched to the channel under the Radius powered by Liquid Voice brand. This includes both call recording products and the new Activity Monitoring solution which is generating huge amounts of interest."
