Chris Berry - Business Development Director

Co-founder, Chris, has been instrumental in the rapid development of Liquid Voice to its current position as a significant player in the Computer Telephony software marketplace.

Chris brings a powerful combination of technical and market experience to his current role at Liquid Voice -latterly with a market leading software house, providing its own CTI, Workflow and Electronic Document Management software solutions to the Local Government, Social Housing and Occupational Pensions industries.

Prior to this, Chris acquired a detailed technical knowledge in a number of key areas relevant to his role at Liquid Voice including contact centre software, network and telephony infrastructure, CRM applications, transactional databases and the Windows client and server family.
 
As Liquid Voice's Business Development Director, Chris determines the sales strategy, defines the route to market and develops the vertical market-specific product offerings.
 

   

Andrew Barrett - Technical Director

A pioneering specialist in computer telephony integration, Andrew was involved in the first VOIP call centre developments in the late nineties and has remained at the forefront of call recording technology ever since.

Andrew co-founded Liquid Voice with a mission to deliver robust call recording systems which can be customised to exact user requirements and expanded as ever more powerful applications are developed.

To ensure systems can be maintained and enhanced quickly and easily, Andrew employs the latest, most effective development techniques.

Uniquely, in a market dominated remotely by overseas manufacturers, Liquid Voice's UK base allows it to offer instant access and dialogue with research and development experts who can ensure call recording solutions are tailored to precise customer needs and systems integration is achieved seamlessly.

 

Chris Illingworth - Channel Director

With 17 years experience in the telecommunications market, Chris held key positions within two of the UK's largest Alcatel resellers: TTC (The Telephone Company) Leeds and Watford based Freedom Communications.

Enthused by the customer proposition of Liquid Voice, Chris joined as a stakeholder and, as Channel Director, brings an in-depth understanding of the reseller market and the requirements for building long term relationships for mutual business growth.

Since joining Liquid Voice, Chris has developed a growing revenue stream within the channel and brought a greater understanding of business processes which has assisted in the organic growth and success of Liquid Voice.
